Guild Command

There are three Guild Masters, the Heads of the Council, and the Masters of Guild Colleges. The Council is comprised of the guild membership, including the Masters of the Colleges, and the leaders of the guild are banished from their meetings unless specifically invited. The Heads of the Council chair the meetings and are a liaison point between the Council and the Guild Masters and make sure that information flows in both directions. This does not mean that guild members cannot speak to the Guild Leaders without first going through the Council Heads, indeed there is no reason at all that they should, but they are there for when members don't want to talk to the Guild Leaders and to chair meetings.
