Died 1103 whilst defending the Harts from attack. A ritual was performed to try and get around his immunities to the spells that would otherwise have saved him from petrification. Vast amounts of spellcasting, incantation, and healing power was summoned, and at the climax a young woman offered her life in exchange for his. Ebric refused to accept the price, and Evaine was returned, bearing a pint for Ebric's wife and stories of a wonderful afterlife.
