Holmegarde the Quaffer
This simple bard fell, with his friend, the renowned Alias the Bard, on the shores of Pompeii at the Convocation of Guilds 1100.
When he saw Alias fall he snatched a sword from the nearest bystander
and leapt from the safety of the ship to try and rescue his friend,
but alas was overwhelmed and killed, even as the ship disembarked.
