The Last to Lose
Written August 1105 – we made it back through the Void only to be told that Avalon was closed to us now and we could never return. Everyone was very understanding as they'd all been through the loss already. If they got over it, well we could do. I think they may have forgotten just how long it took them.
If there’s a story to be told,
Over and over, that same tale of woe,
With so many songs to let you know
The pain and the loss will soon go;
It’s the tale of a home, the tale of a war,
The tale of the Lions and the Nosta Kar.
Songs to heal a Dream to a memory
Kind words to soothe the fear and the misery

A Rock of Avalon brings us too few
From a life through the Void we did not choose
Where Avalon’s gone and all that we knew

We learned too fast that all was lost
