Fand

Hey, ho, away we go,
All on a midwinter's evening,
Down to the shore with the one I adore,
All on a midwinter's evening,
Over sea-creast, with him I love best,
All on a midwinter's evening.

It all began, as many things can
All on a midwinter's evening,
The brothers came in, both wanting to win
All on a midwinter's evening,
The Land and the Sea, competing for me
All on a midwinter's evening.

So hey, ho, away we go
All on a midwinter's evening,
Fleeing Land's wrath, we walked the ship's path
All on a midwinter's evening,
The King and me, crossing the sea
All on a midwinter's evening.

Before them all, in his golden hall
All on a midwinter's evening,
The King of the Sea married me
All on a midwinter's evening,
My glory was seen, I became a queen!
All on a midwinter's evening,
All on a midwinter's night.
