Immortal Battle Hymn
This song used to be sung by Armengarian troops on their way into battle.  While aggressive and upbeat in tempo, it reflects the fatalistic attitude of the Amnorians of the time.  The lyrics reflect a belief that it is the continued survival of the people as a whole which is important, but not the individual.  A warrior who dies doing their duty does so knowing that their children will stand in their place.  As such, the people are immortal, for there will always be Armengarians.

In recent years, the song has fallen out of favour somewhat, as Armengar finds itself in a new world where hope is a much more available commodity.

(Lines in bold italics are to be sung by the chorus.  Lines in parenthesis are sung under the lines which they follow.)

Child of the battle, has death kept a place for me?
Beó fós, go síorraí beó
Ask her to wait, for my people depend on me
Beó fós, go síorraí beó
And if I should dream, that my time is awaiting me
Still I will go, to the bane of my enemy
Armengar lives thought I've gone to Heramacles
Beó fós, go síorraí beó

My father he fought and my mother fought before me
Beó fós, go síorraí beó
My nation, my heart, my home and my family
Beó fós, go síorraí beó
For though we may fall and our spirits they rest in peace
Our children will live in defiance of slavery
Immortal our line, a people who will know no peace
Beó fós, go síorraí beó Store your / dreams of / future which could be (Beó fós, go síorraí beó)
Steel your / loins and / face your enemy (Beó fós, go síorraí beó)
Look at me now and foreswear your fears for me (Beó fós, go síorraí beó)
Should I die my people yet live (Beó go síorraí)

Forget / lies of / immortality (Beó fós, go síorraí beó)
Accept / my death / and cry not for me (Beó fós, go síorraí beó)
For that which I give will survive to remember me (Beó fós, go síorraí beó)
Armengar's children live on (Beó go síorraí)

So now as I march watch my back and look over me
Beó fós, go síorraí beó
Together we fight that out children shall live and breed
Beó fós, go síorraí beó
Ancestors watch as we take to the battle-field
Watch over out homes and let them someday know peace
For now we accept all that which we were born to be Beó fós, go síorraí beó
Beó fós, go síorraí beó
Beó fós, go síorraí beó
